Manage daily head office operations, including visitors, vendors, supplies, calendars, meetings, events, records, purchases, invoices, and workplace resources. Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams, coordinate onboarding and travel arrangements, create presentations and communications using Canva and Microsoft Office, assist with basic technology troubleshooting, and support office budgets and special projects.

The HR Business Partner supports retail operations across multiple brands and provinces. Responsibilities include strategic HR advising, employee relations, investigations, performance and talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, change management, compliance, HR reporting, documentation, and Health & Safety investigations. The role partners with store and senior leaders, manages cross-provincial HR practices, supports organizational growth, and oversees BambooHR system integrity and HR projects.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for head office employees and retail stores. Support POS, ERP, Windows, hardware, printers, networking, databases, Active Directory, and mobile device management. Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with new store setups and openings, and provide after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call support. Regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area is required.
