Deliver a premium in-store consumer experience by assisting customers, replenishing stock, monitoring shipments, performing box counts, maintaining tidy stock areas, and supporting cash wrap operations. Report to the Store Manager, work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, and meet required scheduling including weekends, peak hours, and blackout periods.

Coach team on VM standards, execute floor sets and displays, maintain store presentation and compliance, manage VM equipment and audits, support load-ins, and use sales data to optimize product placement.

Provide front-line technical support for head office and retail stores, including POS and ERP systems, Microsoft 365/Intune, AD/Azure AD, Azure VMs, SQL Server, retail hardware, networking, and MDM. Travel across the GTA for store support and openings, work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts.
