The role requires maintaining customer data and activities in Salesforce, resolving customer issues, managing relationships, and regularly reviewing performance with the Sales Manager. A valid driver’s license and extensive direct sales experience are required.

Leads environmental waste operations for an assigned location or business unit, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient performance. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing budgets and resources, preparing operational quotes, monitoring metrics, maintaining facilities, supporting permits and licenses, coordinating with regulators, controlling costs, improving workflows, and meeting customer service objectives. The role also provides technical guidance, manages personnel decisions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

Performs general labor duties at waste hauling, transfer station, recycling, or landfill sites. Responsibilities include cleaning work areas and equipment, fueling vehicles, yard maintenance, operating site vehicles and equipment, office maintenance and repairs, installing temporary wind fences, directing traffic, and completing other assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
