Manage recycling center operations including staff (supervisors, drivers, sorters), safety and compliance, contract and permit oversight, budgeting, commodity marketing, change management, and execution of tactical initiatives to meet safety, service, and P&L objectives.

Supervise recycling center post-collection operations and staff (drivers, dispatchers, sorters, clerks). Ensure safety, regulatory and environmental compliance, equipment maintenance, customer service, productivity, labor and disposal cost controls, and talent development while meeting budget and performance goals.

Lead and supervise field service project management at client sites, ensuring projects meet contractual, safety, regulatory, schedule, and budget requirements. Coach and develop staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee subcontractors, prepare proposals and invoices, enforce health and safety procedures, and report project status to stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable project completion.
