Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing budgets and resources, preparing operational quotes, monitoring metrics, maintaining facilities, supporting permits and licenses, coordinating with regulators, controlling costs, improving workflows, and meeting customer service objectives. The role also provides technical guidance, manages personnel decisions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

Performs general labor duties at waste hauling, transfer station, recycling, or landfill sites. Responsibilities include cleaning work areas and equipment, fueling vehicles, yard maintenance, operating site vehicles and equipment, office maintenance and repairs, installing temporary wind fences, directing traffic, and completing other assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Lead and supervise field service project management at client sites, ensuring projects meet contractual, safety, regulatory, schedule, and budget requirements. Coach and develop staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee subcontractors, prepare proposals and invoices, enforce health and safety procedures, and report project status to stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable project completion.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day waste handling operations at a treatment facility, including sampling, analysis, processing, documentation, off-loading, inventory, and vendor coordination. Enforce safety procedures, train staff, review manifests, approve batch clearances, support emergency response, and escalate performance issues.
