Manages a portfolio of 100–125 major donors and prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding five- and six-figure gifts. Develops donor strategies, supports planned and political giving, identifies prospects, prepares communications and proposals, maintains donor records, partners with executives and board members, and represents the organization at donor events. Regular travel, including approximately 25% travel, is required.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for signature fundraising events. Responsibilities include coordinating donor and council meetings, maintaining donor and event data, drafting communications, supporting event logistics, preparing materials, coordinating volunteers, managing acknowledgments, and producing post-event reports and analysis. The role serves as a liaison to leadership councils and supports donor outreach, stewardship, registration, and database updates.
