Lead strategy and roadmap for Remotes reporting and insights platform. Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Ops to build accurate, auditable, and scalable reporting (dashboards, exports, APIs) and AI-assisted insights. Drive customer empathy, define KPIs for adoption and trust, ensure payroll-grade accuracy and reconciliation, and deliver cross-functional execution to improve reporting reliability, distribution, and business impact.

Manage end-to-end offboarding and employee exits across global jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and excellent client experience. Provide first-level employee relations support, conduct preliminary workplace assessments, lead termination and negotiation meetings, draft termination documents, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product initiatives to enhance lifecycle operations.

The Lifecycle Specialist oversees employee exits, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service, while providing Employee Relations support and contributing to HR process improvements.
