Build executive relationships, design multi-product commercial solutions, demonstrate ROI, meet revenue and pipeline targets, and promote adoption of AI-driven legal solutions within complex firm environments.

Create, review, and maintain practical legal content (practice notes, checklists, precedents) for Canadian Capital Markets and Public M&A. Monitor legal developments, manage practitioner relationships, inform content strategy, collaborate cross-functionally on product development, and support sales and training activities.

Drive full sales cycle for enterprise corporate accounts and law firms: prospect, build relationships, generate pipeline, manage complex deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while acting as a consultant to quantify customer objectives and deliver solutions.

Develop and maintain pricing strategies and infrastructures, analyze pricing data, respond to internal pricing inquiries, support deal approvals and contract business terms, collaborate with sales and legal, and provide benchmarking and guidance to influence pricing decisions.

Use legal training to create and evaluate AI training data: perform legal research and analysis, provide annotation and feedback, support senior team members, communicate insights, participate in stakeholder presentations, and advocate for Responsible AI.

Serve as first point of contact for consumers, manage and resolve data and consumer rights cases within SLAs, investigate data enquiries, apply corrections, maintain documentation, and communicate service issues to stakeholders.
