Leads regional talent acquisition strategy and a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Oversees full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, pipelines, agency partnerships, employer branding, recruitment metrics, stakeholder relationships, and process improvement. Partners with senior leaders to address workforce needs and improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and team performance.

Own Reliance’s digital commerce roadmap and conversion optimization program. Lead experimentation, A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, performance reporting, and customer experience improvements across e-commerce platforms. Partner with Marketing, Product, IT, Analytics, Legal, Operations, UX, Design, and Development teams to deliver digital growth initiatives, improve conversion and engagement, and support business decisions through analytics and executive-ready reporting.

Own the Water Purification portfolio, including P&L, growth, pricing, retention, customer lifecycle, product roadmap, and new product launches. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Field, and Call Centre teams. Drive customer acquisition, churn reduction, loyalty, upgrades, cross-sell, vendor partnerships, forecasting, inventory planning, and CRM accuracy while delivering profitable portfolio growth.
