Leads a residential HVAC sales program, including strategic planning, budget and profit-and-loss accountability, team performance, recruitment, coaching, training, sales process development, market planning, lead generation, and expansion into new territories. Partners with service and installation teams to maximize sales opportunities and drives achievement of individual and organizational targets.
