Support clinical trial execution by providing administrative and technical study support: prepare reports and metrics, coordinate meetings and training, manage site feasibility and activation tracking, maintain version-controlled regulatory and lab manuals, reconcile Trial Master File and close-out documents, oversee vendors, and recommend process improvements.

Lead strategy to identify, establish, and manage external partnerships that support clinical development, translational and basic research. Coordinate evaluation, contracting, execution, and lifecycle relationship management across internal teams to advance R&D objectives and clinical trials.

Lead global execution of smaller/less complex clinical trials from design to close-out. Manage timelines, budgets, vendor/CRO relationships, study documentation, systems (CTMS/TMF/EDC/IVRS), risk mitigation, site selection/activation, recruitment strategies, database lock and close-out, and supervise Clinical Trial Management staff while driving process improvements and ensuring ICH/GCP and SOP compliance.
