Own product prioritization and execution across product, engineering, go-to-market, and partners. Translate roadmap priorities into plans, coordinate testing and releases, manage dependencies and risks, convert customer feedback into product inputs, support partner onboarding, and lead cross-functional initiatives such as feature launches and integrations. The role also establishes repeatable processes for planning, delivery, and continuous improvement in an early-stage company.

In this role, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, drive growth, and lead customer success efforts at Reflow, a workplace intelligence platform.

Own the full B2B customer journey from onboarding through adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Improve time-to-value, gather structured feedback for product and engineering, support contract processes, and build customer success playbooks and metrics. Partner with founders on go-to-market experiments, product-market fit, and growth initiatives while developing strong customer relationships.
