Serve as Product Owner for internal tools: define strategy and roadmap, write and prioritize user stories, run agile ceremonies, manage backlog and releases, collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders, and use data and field feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Partner with senior finance and G&A leaders to build AI-first talent strategies, apply algorithmic org design, drive data-driven performance management, upskill teams for AI, and use automation/LLMs to streamline HR operations and insights.

The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, managing the instructional design lifecycle, and collaborating with SMEs and developers to deliver effective training programs.
