Supports medical communications projects from initiation through closeout by maintaining timelines, milestones, documentation, status reports, meetings, resource schedules, expenses, and project data. Assists with medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows, audits, invoicing, revenue reporting, and client coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.

Supports medical communications projects from initiation through closeout by maintaining timelines, milestones, documentation, status reports, meetings, resource schedules, expenses, and project data. Assists with medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows, audits, invoicing, revenue reporting, and client programs. Collaborates with Client Engagement and Production teams, tracks risks and deliverables, and escalates issues under the guidance of project managers.

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex medical communications and digital projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, quality, documentation, and client communications. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee project financials and deliverables, develop estimates and Statements of Work, lead retrospectives and process improvements, and mentor junior staff. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client and business objectives.
