The Associate Consultant role involves supporting the Commercial Consulting team by managing project capabilities, conducting research, and preparing project deliverables for the healthcare industry.

Lead and deliver multiple client-facing digital and mobile projects from concept to launch. Create and execute project plans, manage timelines, budgets, scope changes, and cross-functional teams (UX, content, design, development, QA). Communicate with clients and stakeholders, enforce schedules, track and report issues, improve production SOPs, and ensure timely timesheet entry.

Manage resource allocation and freelance/vendor use across creative, digital, and scientific production teams. Monitor utilization, maintain skills matrix, support agency management systems, lead resourcing meetings, produce reporting, manage vendor contracts, and drive process improvements to keep projects on schedule.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead technology strategy and architectural decisions, mentor technical teams, and drive innovative solutions within the Medical Communications business unit.

Leads the Commercial Advisory practice as a seller-doer, advising life sciences clients, designing and delivering commercial solutions, securing and growing a $3 million annual book of business, and providing thought leadership. Oversees client engagements, contract negotiations, global delivery teams, strategic planning, team development, and firm-building initiatives across new product planning, launch, marketing, sales, and commercial capabilities.
