Owns strategic relationships and software sales across a major Canadian bank. Responsibilities include selling Red Hat’s portfolio, managing complex sales cycles, developing account plans, building executive and technical relationships, creating value propositions and business cases, managing pipeline and forecasts, exceeding quotas, and coordinating internal teams and external partners to drive long-term revenue growth.

Leads technical customer engagements across pre-sales and post-sales, serving as a trusted advisor and technical leader. Designs and demonstrates Red Hat solutions, supports proposals and RFPs, manages technical sales blockers, and owns technical wins. Develops customer success plans, supports onboarding and implementation, coordinates internal teams, provides ongoing technical guidance, and identifies expansion opportunities. Requires expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible, OpenShift, cloud, and DevOps, plus strong communication, account planning, and project management skills.
