The Sales Trainee supports sales initiatives, manages product needs, builds customer relationships, and ensures product representation in distribution accounts.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to Canadian leadership, advising on talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, succession, and employee relations. Lead execution of talent processes, drive continuous improvement, collaborate across Talent functions, and provide data-informed insights to align people solutions with business objectives.

Lead and develop seven on-premise managers across Ontario to execute national on-premise strategy, optimize route-to-market, drive sales growth, coach and train team, develop regional business plans, and manage customer relationships and incentives.
