Review and process vehicle and salvage title documentation, enter title data into the IAA operating system, ensure compliance with state laws, communicate with customers and partners, resolve title discrepancies, perform clerical tasks, and provide timely customer support.

Lead modernization of large .NET monoliths into cloud-native microservices. Drive architecture, data-access patterns, observability, security, and performance. Mentor engineers, lead design and discovery, and support level-3 incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and APIs across an e-commerce platform. Own features end-to-end, lead technical design and architecture, reduce technical debt, troubleshoot production issues, and champion testing, CI/CD, security, and observability. Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI-assisted developer tools to accelerate delivery.
