Analyze search, audience, analytics, and AI-search performance to identify content opportunities; create and optimize articles, landing pages, emails, social content, and video scripts; manage newsletters and eblasts; publish through WordPress; and support distribution across search, social, forums, and email. Translate complex mortgage and financial information into accurate, accessible consumer content while driving measurable organic growth.

Leads Ratehub’s integrated marketing function across brand, paid acquisition, content, PR, social, CRM, email, partnerships, and cross-sell. Owns marketing strategy, lead generation, profitability, budget allocation, customer engagement, and measurable growth across mortgages, insurance, and everyday banking. Directly manages and develops a multidisciplinary team, collaborates with senior leaders and business units, oversees agencies and partners, and drives brand authority, performance optimization, experimentation, and emerging GEO and AI-search initiatives.

Develop and execute social media strategies for Ratehub and MoneySense across major platforms and online communities. Create, film, edit, publish, and optimize short- and long-form video content, including on-camera appearances. Manage communities, grow audiences, coordinate creator and brand partnerships, support paid social, maintain brand standards, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with editorial, SEO, marketing, PR, design, product, and paid media teams to expand content reach, brand awareness, and financial product engagement.
