Coordinate and estimate multiple short-term construction projects: prepare quotations and job packages, conduct site reviews, manage documentation, liaise with operations and foremen, submit utility locates, troubleshoot onsite issues, maintain forecasts, and support project scheduling and mobilization to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and safety compliance for temporary barrier, traffic safety barrier, and guide rail projects across Ontario. Lead unionized crews and heavy equipment, maintain project documentation and schedules, monitor productivity and costs, coordinate material procurement, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Support day-to-day AR and AP functions across multiple entities: generate invoices, apply payments, manage collections, process vendor invoices and payment runs, perform reconciliations, support month-end reporting, maintain records, assist with audit prep and continuous improvement, and provide administrative support.
