Provides administrative support for depot and field operations by processing timesheets, coordinating payroll submissions, verifying GPS and operational records, preparing service documentation, tracking subcontractor hours, maintaining reports, handling inquiries, and completing data entry. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, cash-flow forecasting, audit support, tax compliance, and internal controls across Canadian and U.S. entities. Lead financial consolidations involving multiple currencies, improve accounting and reporting processes, support ERP and consolidation system development, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and global teams.

Process vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities, maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, perform reconciliations, prepare accruals, and support month-end close, reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role ensures accurate, timely, and well-documented accounts payable transactions while following internal controls and collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and vendors.
