Partner with Account Executives to design and demo tailored Ramp financial solutions, evaluate customer requirements, drive technical implementations, and coordinate with Product and Post-Sales teams to ensure successful activation and product-fit.

Post-sales technical consultant partnering with Account Management to expand enterprise customers. Design scalable integration architectures, troubleshoot ERP and API integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), run customized product demos, assess ROI and fit, influence product roadmap, and build internal documentation to scale integration support.

Partner with Account Managers to expand and retain commercial and mid-market customers by leading technical product demos, scoping integration and ERP requirements, designing scalable integration architectures, troubleshooting ERP/integration blockers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), and translating technical solutions into business value. Influence product roadmap and create documentation to scale post-sales integration support.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers running Microsoft Dynamics 365. Design and troubleshoot D365 integrations and configurations, partner with Sales/Post-Sales/Product/Engineering to deliver scalable accounting solutions, drive onboarding and activation, and influence product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud. Drive Oracle Fusion integrations, configuration, and system design, collaborate with Customer Activation, Product, and Engineering teams, troubleshoot integration blockers, document scaling patterns, and influence product roadmap to support complex multi-entity financial workflows.

Partner with Account Management to expand Ramp usage across mid-market customers by running customized demos, scoping integrations, designing scalable ERP/API architectures, troubleshooting ERP blockers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), and translating technical solutions into business value. Influence product roadmap, document integration patterns, and accelerate time-to-value for product rollouts.

The Account Executive will drive Ramp's growth in Canada by closing a large volume of small deals, managing opportunities efficiently, and maintaining pipeline accuracy in a fast-paced sales environment.
