Contract Supply Chain Analyst responsible for day-to-day supply chain and reverse logistics operations: RMA processing, PO and shipment management, production scheduling support, inventory reconciliation, billing verification, vendor and 3PL coordination, process documentation, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvements while supporting product launches and stakeholder communications.

Join Kobo's Web team to develop and maintain e-commerce features across front-end, back-end, CI/CD and infrastructure. Own requirements, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring of customer-facing code, working in an agile team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead marketing measurement and performance optimization across acquisition, retention, CRM, ecommerce, subscriptions, and lifecycle marketing. Build attribution and KPI frameworks, run media mix and incrementality testing, analyze funnel and cohort performance, support budget allocation and forecasting, deliver executive dashboards and insights, and partner cross-functionally to ensure tagging integrity, data governance, and consistent measurement.

Lead day-to-day vendor/ODM communication, procurement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics. Analyze demand, inventory, and NRE costs, build Excel-based supply models, track POs, validate invoices/returns, drive process improvements, and support vendor onboarding and performance management to optimize global supply chain operations.
