Provides trusted executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, executive communications, meeting and board coordination, action tracking, stakeholder engagement, complex domestic and international travel, expenses, office administration, IT coordination, and special projects. The role synthesizes information, prioritizes competing demands, protects confidential information, and independently resolves issues while maintaining follow-through across commitments and workstreams.

Leads the global FP&A function, owning enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasts, multi-year planning, scenario modeling, performance reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and executive decision support. Partners with the CFO, executives, country teams, programs, and functional leaders to improve resource allocation and financial sustainability. Oversees FP&A systems, dashboards, reporting standards, process improvements, governance, and team development across a multi-country nonprofit environment.

The Chief Growth Officer owns RTV’s global growth agenda, including fundraising, revenue strategy, strategic partnerships, communications, market positioning, and pipeline operations. The role develops a path toward $200M+ in annual funding, personally closes major commitments, builds disciplined revenue systems, strengthens the investment case, and leads a distributed, cross-cultural growth team. The position reports to the CEO, advises the Board, engages senior funders and partners, and requires approximately 30% international travel to Sub-Saharan Africa.

Lead RTV's global people strategy as a C-suite HR executive. Drive organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, and scalable people systems across regions. Advise CEO and Board on talent, culture, succession, and change management while building a distributed HR function and integrating HR systems and analytics to support global growth and mission impact.

Lead systems and teams to maintain program quality and scalability across countries. Define global standards, embed data-driven learning into tools, build training/onboarding and knowledge systems, translate insights into field-ready guidance, and drive corrective action to ensure consistent outcomes.

Lead identification, definition, and execution of high-impact funding and partnership opportunities. Own end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, craft persuasive funder-facing materials, and cultivate major philanthropic relationships to unlock scaled revenue and impact.
