Lead RTV's global people strategy as a C-suite HR executive. Drive organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, and scalable people systems across regions. Advise CEO and Board on talent, culture, succession, and change management while building a distributed HR function and integrating HR systems and analytics to support global growth and mission impact.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Venn platform, designing data models, system logic, integrations, and offline-first workflows. Collaborate with BAs, architects, data engineering, and stakeholders to define APIs, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. Support UAT, maintain technical documentation, enforce governance and change control, and ensure platform scalability across countries and tenants.

Lead identification, definition, and execution of high-impact funding and partnership opportunities. Own end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, craft persuasive funder-facing materials, and cultivate major philanthropic relationships to unlock scaled revenue and impact.

Lead requirements discovery, translate program workflows into technical user stories, prioritize the product backlog, align architecture and data pipelines, facilitate cross‑functional workshops, run user research and onboarding, define acceptance criteria and QA plans, and validate releases to ensure scalable, field‑ready platform delivery across countries.

Lead systems and teams to maintain program quality and scalability across countries. Define global standards, embed data-driven learning into tools, build training/onboarding and knowledge systems, translate insights into field-ready guidance, and drive corrective action to ensure consistent outcomes.

Lead planning, execution, and governance for the Venn platform across distributed technical teams. Maintain master plans, run delivery ceremonies, manage risks/dependencies, produce executive updates, enforce governance, and ensure delivery of production-ready data and platform outputs.

Lead and scale global people operations for a growing nonprofit: own HRIS/ATS administration, compliance, compensation and benefits, people analytics, workforce reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and operational governance while partnering with leaders to improve employee experience across multiple countries.

Maintain Canadian financial records (AP, GL, reconciliations), own month‑end and year‑end close tasks, prepare financial statements and tax/regulatory filings, ensure compliance, support audits, analyze variances, and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and reporting.

Define, validate, and govern an implementation-ready end-to-end platform architecture for Venn. Lead data, services, APIs, cloud, security, and integration design; produce ADRs, component designs, prototypes, sequencing roadmaps, and transfer knowledge to in-house teams for multi-country, multi-tenant, low-connectivity contexts.

Lead global full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition operations, build scalable sourcing and pipelines for technical and leadership roles, manage ATS and recruiting analytics, partner with leaders on hiring strategy, drive inclusive employer branding and candidate experience, and support onboarding and workforce planning across multiple regions.

Lead RTV's portfolio of pilots, experiments, RCTs, and technical projects from design through delivery. Set learning agenda, oversee intake and governance, coordinate implementation, synthesize evidence, translate findings into program improvements, manage donor engagement, and build a small cross-functional team to integrate learning into scaling decisions.
