Lead and mature Solutions & Technical Implementation for Shopify clients: own technical discovery, solution architecture governance, scoping, QA, launch readiness, integrations, analytics/SEO considerations, client-facing technical guidance, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, PM, SEO, and Analytics.

Lead full-funnel growth strategy for eCommerce clients, own growth-only client relationships, translate performance data into insights and tests, coordinate Paid Media, Email/SMS, SEO and Creative teams, manage external consultants, ensure delivery quality, and present strategic updates to client stakeholders.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects (site builds, redesigns, migrations, feature work). Act as primary client contact, manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and QA. Translate requirements to design/dev/marketing tasks, track performance, resolve blockers, and improve processes across multiple clients.
