Lead metering, entitlements, invoicing, payment recovery, authentication, SSO, permissions, regulatory registration, fraud tooling, and deliverability systems. Build roadmaps, translate pricing into system behavior, partner with engineering on APIs and data models, and coordinate with finance, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders to deliver highly reliable systems.

Use Quo, AI and automation to maintain pipeline hygiene, analyze funnel metrics (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Pocus), design repeatable inbound workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve conversion and customer outcomes.

Manage high-volume inbound leads, run tailored product demos, and close deals for small-business customers. Use Quo to call, text, qualify prospects, configure integrations and call flows, translate technical questions, leverage AI/automation and CRM tools to maintain pipeline hygiene, analyze funnel metrics to optimize conversion, design scalable inbound workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product.

Build, architect, and own moderate-to-complex backend components; lead small teams or projects; provide technical guidance and code reviews; deliver end-to-end backend services focused on AI-enabled customer data insights, onboarding, messaging/calling features, and scalable data management for a growing user base.

Own core accounting activities including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, AP, AR, payroll accounting, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. Manage payroll accounting across multiple countries, support audits, resolve discrepancies, and improve inefficient processes. Partner with FP&A, People Operations, and other teams while maintaining accurate multi-entity financial records.

Lead and grow Quo’s mobile engineering team across iOS and Android. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, people development, technical guidance, cross-functional collaboration, mobile architecture and tooling alignment, feature delivery, and improving reliability and quality. The manager will establish scalable mobile engineering practices while supporting product initiatives involving AI, revenue management, and task management.

Lead and build the Customer Experience analytics function, owning CX data strategy, BI, forecasting, capacity planning, operational analytics, and executive reporting. Translate large datasets into actionable insights, predictive models, and staffing forecasts, measure AI and human interactions, identify journey inefficiencies, and quantify CX impact on revenue while partnering with CX, Finance, and Data teams.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for backend systems, drive cross-functional delivery from prototype to production, improve cost/performance/reliability/security, mentor engineers, and translate AI and emerging tech into actionable roadmaps.
