Process multiple payroll cycles for more than 150 employees across two dealerships using UKG, ensuring Canadian regulatory compliance, accurate deductions, benefits administration, statutory reporting, and payroll reconciliation. Manage enrollments, terminations, employee documentation, tax-related support, payroll data uploads, and employee training scheduling. Collaborate with finance, management, sales, and other departments while maintaining payroll systems, records, and reporting accuracy.

Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to MINI standards; complete warranty work with proper documentation; follow safety procedures; attend factory training and keep up with technical bulletins; assist and supervise junior apprentices; perform road tests; maintain a clean, safe workspace and communicate repair issues clearly to staff and customers.
