Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to MINI standards; complete warranty work with proper documentation; follow safety procedures; attend factory training and keep up with technical bulletins; assist and supervise junior apprentices; perform road tests; maintain a clean, safe workspace and communicate repair issues clearly to staff and customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, text and email; perform outbound cold calls and lead generation; maintain CRM and sales data; support sales with reports and admin tasks; use Google Drive, Excel and Outlook; occasionally cover reception duties. Full-time, in-person role requiring evening and Saturday availability at BMW Toronto.

Greet clients, handle front-desk reception and cash/debit transactions, respond to phone/text/email inquiries, perform outbound outreach, maintain CRM and sales data, support sales team with admin and reporting, and keep the reception area organized.

Perform daily bank deposits, reconcile credit card, AR and AP accounts, process invoices and payments, monitor floor-plan accounts, maintain inventory schedules, assist with month- and year-end close, and handle administrative filing and other accounting duties.
