Leads business analysis and IT project delivery across enterprise and investment systems. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, scoping, gap and impact analysis, process optimization, system design support, testing, deployment, administration, vendor coordination, user support, training, documentation, and change adoption. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, manage implementations, support roadmaps, and improve applications and workflows.

Administers group benefits and retirement plans, handles enrollments, billing, contributions, leave management, and employee inquiries. Supports wellbeing communications, compensation and benefits cycles, compliance, reporting, cost analysis, plan renewals, and acquisition integrations. Builds analyses, identifies process improvements, and helps automate total rewards administration using Excel, HRIS tools, and AI technologies.

Ensures the stability, security, and efficient operation of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing and deploying systems, managing Azure, AWS, and GCP environments, integrating servers and enterprise services, maintaining identity and networking platforms, conducting audits and disaster recovery procedures, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendors, documenting configurations, and supporting end users. The role also contributes to systems planning, governance, testing, optimization, and cloud-hybrid infrastructure strategy.
