The role uses Argus and Excel to assess opportunities, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, organize transaction data rooms, and support senior management decision-making. It collaborates with investment, development, asset management, leasing, property management, brokers, and market analysts.

Investigate and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation. Lead vulnerability management across endpoints, servers, cloud, and networks; support threat hunting, security awareness, phishing simulations, policy enforcement, third-party cyber risk monitoring, metrics reporting, and security process automation. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, networking, and application teams while applying frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Supports residential property leasing, resident relations, administration, reporting, rent collection, maintenance coordination, office operations, compliance, and resident engagement. Conducts property tours, processes applications and leases, manages notices and receivables, records activity in Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe, coordinates inspections and work orders, and handles resident inquiries and events. The role also supports health and safety compliance, contractor coordination, and adherence to tenancy legislation.
