Leads QuadReal’s Business Controls and Enterprise Data Governance functions, integrating COSO-based controls, ICFR, SOC 1, ITGCs, data definitions, ownership, quality, lineage, and observability. Builds a pilot in the Real Estate Debt Program, scales governance across operating companies, embeds controls into the modern data platform, manages vendors, supports audit reporting, and develops two direct reports.

Coordinate core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, employee support, learning initiatives, and HR projects. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on staffing and recruitment activities. Maintain accurate documentation, support audits and workforce analytics, improve HR processes, and provide cross-functional backup while handling confidential information with discretion.

Administer Microsoft Purview catalogs and glossaries, maintain metadata and lineage, execute SQL-based data profiling and quality monitoring, investigate issues, develop governance automations and API integrations, prepare reporting materials, and maintain audit-ready SOC1 control evidence, exception logs, configurations, and procedures.

Supports residential property administration, leasing, resident relations, and office operations. Responsibilities include prospect engagement, community tours, application and lease processing, resident events, notices, delinquency follow-up, reporting, front desk support, complaint resolution, suite inspections, work orders, inventory of ready suites, and health and safety compliance. The role also monitors leasing metrics, supports rental-rate recommendations, promotes resident technology, and coordinates maintenance activities.

Leads QuadReal’s Data Solutions team and owns data modeling, analytics engineering, and business intelligence capabilities within the Enterprise Data Platform. Responsibilities include team development, roadmap and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, technical standards, data quality, governance, and vendor accountability. The role translates business and finance requirements into trusted data models and BI products using MS Fabric, dbt, Airflow, Power BI, and related technologies.

Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade data pipelines, APIs, and distributed PySpark workloads on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Use Python, dbt, Airflow, and Docker to package and orchestrate workloads, implement data quality, observability, lineage, and governance (Purview), and collaborate with governance, analytics, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready data platform solutions.

Support QuadReal's sustainability and decarbonization efforts by analyzing energy and GHG data, maintaining cloud-based energy software and EMS processes, producing reporting for GRESB/TCFD/SASB, conducting property-level climate resilience assessments, delivering training, and contributing to sustainability policies and ad-hoc projects.

Lead day-to-day operations for a Class A office tower, managing a multidisciplinary technical team, preventive maintenance, building automation, energy and sustainability programs, capital projects, budgets, compliance, life safety, tenant relations, and reporting to ensure operational excellence and decarbonization goals.
