Drive day-to-day delivery for AI initiatives: break work into tasks, run agile/sprint cadence, track blockers and dependencies in ClickUp, report weekly to stakeholders, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation and dashboards, and build lightweight automations to improve processes.

Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade data pipelines, APIs, and distributed PySpark workloads on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Use Python, dbt, Airflow, and Docker to package and orchestrate workloads, implement data quality, observability, lineage, and governance (Purview), and collaborate with governance, analytics, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready data platform solutions.

Support QuadReal's sustainability and decarbonization efforts by analyzing energy and GHG data, maintaining cloud-based energy software and EMS processes, producing reporting for GRESB/TCFD/SASB, conducting property-level climate resilience assessments, delivering training, and contributing to sustainability policies and ad-hoc projects.

Lead day-to-day operations for a Class A office tower, managing a multidisciplinary technical team, preventive maintenance, building automation, energy and sustainability programs, capital projects, budgets, compliance, life safety, tenant relations, and reporting to ensure operational excellence and decarbonization goals.
