Supports customer implementations by designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and validating integrations with third-party systems and APIs. Investigates application, data, authentication, and software issues using logs, source code, databases, and monitoring tools. Develops scripts, automation, utilities, and application improvements; performs root-cause analysis and validates fixes. Collaborates with customers, Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, QA, and Operations teams while documenting integration patterns, technical resolutions, and support procedures.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, supporting adoption, engagement, retention, and renewals. Build customer relationships, conduct reviews, monitor account health, identify risks, coordinate issue resolution, and advocate for customer needs. Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, and Operations teams. Contribute customer insights and process improvements that enhance customer experience and product usage.

Leads the company’s marketing and business development strategy for a PE-backed GovTech SaaS organization. Owns go-to-market planning, brand positioning, demand generation, pipeline growth, marketing KPIs, reporting, budgeting, and team development. Partners with executive, sales, product, professional services, customer success, and finance leaders to build a measurable revenue engine, strengthen market presence, and support expansion across municipal and government markets.
