Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, supporting adoption, engagement, retention, and renewals. Build customer relationships, conduct reviews, monitor account health, identify risks, coordinate issue resolution, and advocate for customer needs. Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, and Operations teams. Contribute customer insights and process improvements that enhance customer experience and product usage.

Develop and support full-stack enterprise applications, including backend services, front-end interfaces, user experiences, integrations, and scalable web services. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, testing, debugging, documenting solutions, maintaining data quality, supporting legacy applications, participating in Agile SDLC activities, and using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Leads the company’s marketing and business development strategy for a PE-backed GovTech SaaS organization. Owns go-to-market planning, brand positioning, demand generation, pipeline growth, marketing KPIs, reporting, budgeting, and team development. Partners with executive, sales, product, professional services, customer success, and finance leaders to build a measurable revenue engine, strengthen market presence, and support expansion across municipal and government markets.
