Partners with executive, sales, product, professional services, customer success, and finance leaders to build a measurable revenue engine, strengthen market presence, and support expansion across municipal and government markets.

Leads Software Engineering, QA, Quality Engineering, and Systems Administration for a cloud-based SaaS platform. Translates technology and product strategy into execution, drives AI-enabled engineering and automation, improves software quality, reliability, architecture, delivery metrics, and operational processes. Oversees budgets, vendors, infrastructure, security, compliance, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational scaling while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
