Manages customer quotes, orders, and account support from initial quotation through payment. Builds customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, follows up on leads, monitors backlog and delivery activity, coordinates with sales, logistics, operations, and credit teams, resolves account issues, prepares reports, and supports customer systems and product sales. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and occasional travel.
