Leads Prysmian’s Canadian HR function across multiple manufacturing sites. Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, and talent development. Leads the Canadian HR team, builds succession pipelines, manages labor relations including union negotiations and grievances, and ensures compliance with employment and human rights legislation in Quebec and Ontario. Requires bilingual English and French proficiency, extensive HR leadership experience, Workday familiarity, and regular travel across Canada.

Leads Prysmian’s Western Canada commercial strategy, sales team, application engineering resources, strategic accounts, channel relationships, and major project business development. Drives go-to-market planning, pipeline development, technical-commercial proposals, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, market intelligence, and profitable revenue growth across utility, infrastructure, industrial, mining, oil and gas, and transportation markets. The role requires extensive regional travel and cross-functional collaboration.
