Provide enterprise-level technical support for email archiving software through phone and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot complex software, distributed systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SMTP, configurations, and integrations. Manage cases within SLA requirements, lead customer troubleshooting sessions, coordinate escalations, reproduce issues in test environments, and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams. The role requires four days per week in-office, shift work, and occasional weekend or holiday support.

Build and operate Threat Intelligence Services platform: administer AWS infrastructure, design APIs and integrations, develop React/Node.js front-ends and Python (FastAPI) services, manage headless CMS and databases (PostgreSQL/Elasticsearch), automate analyst workflows, ensure reliability, security, observability, and partner with analysts to deliver intelligence products.

Sell Proofpoint cybersecurity solutions to Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts in Ontario. Prospect, demo, negotiate, close deals, collaborate with channel partners, forecast to management, and maintain product and industry expertise. Hybrid role based in Toronto with occasional travel and modified hours to cover other time zones.
