Build and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure; manage Terraform infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, automation, and security controls. The role requires AWS or other cloud expertise, container orchestration, programming ability, networking knowledge, and participation in daytime on-call rotations.

Provide enterprise-level technical support for email archiving software through phone and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot complex software, distributed systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SMTP, configurations, and integrations. Manage cases within SLA requirements, lead customer troubleshooting sessions, coordinate escalations, reproduce issues in test environments, and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams. The role requires four days per week in-office, shift work, and occasional weekend or holiday support.

Sell Proofpoint cybersecurity solutions to Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts in Ontario. Prospect, demo, negotiate, close deals, collaborate with channel partners, forecast to management, and maintain product and industry expertise. Hybrid role based in Toronto with occasional travel and modified hours to cover other time zones.
