Supports manufacturing and supply chain logistics through receiving, shipping, inventory control, material movement, documentation, and warehouse coordination. Prepares domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing slips, and USMCA documents; coordinates carriers and internal stakeholders; supports vendor shipments, Lean initiatives, EHS activities, and logistics projects. This is a four-week contract requiring at least two years of logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain experience.

The Corporate Controller leads global accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, SEC and SEDAR+ filings, technical accounting, internal controls, audits, treasury oversight, and compliance. The role partners with the CFO and executive leadership, manages multinational operations, supports financing and investor relations, and leads the accounting and finance team. Responsibilities include ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance, overseeing close processes, improving financial controls, and supporting strategic finance initiatives.

Manage end-to-end Canadian and U.S. payroll, including employee changes, benefits, deductions, commissions, reconciliations, tax filings, reporting, controls, and year-end activities. Coordinate international payroll updates with local providers, maintain data integrity across HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and equity systems, and support implementations, integrations, testing, migrations, audits, and process improvements. Provide employee support and collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, vendors, and external payroll partners.
