Teams at Profound Medical Corp.

Manage end-to-end Canadian and U.S. payroll, including employee changes, benefits, deductions, commissions, reconciliations, tax filings, reporting, controls, and year-end activities. Coordinate international payroll updates with local providers, maintain data integrity across HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and equity systems, and support implementations, integrations, testing, migrations, audits, and process improvements. Provide employee support and collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, vendors, and external payroll partners.

Supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, variance analysis, KPI reporting, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making. Develops financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting by integrating ERP, CRM, manufacturing, and operational data. Partners with leaders across commercial, manufacturing, clinical, R&D, and corporate functions to assess performance, resource allocation, liquidity, investments, and growth initiatives. Improves FP&A processes, governance, reporting efficiency, and data-driven insights.

Provides administrative and logistical support for conferences, meetings, and events. Coordinates travel, shipping, schedules, invoices, expenses, speaker and consultant records, event documentation, marketing materials, communications, and contact databases. Collaborates with internal teams to prepare and execute events and provides on-site support as needed. This is a five-month contract role requiring occasional travel.
