Lead and maintain the production Quality Management System to ensure manufacturing, receiving, shipping, and reverse logistics meet regulatory and product specifications. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, testing, DHR/batch record review, release decisions, supplier quality, CAPA/RCA, audits, and test method validation while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC standards, and related regulations.

Design and develop mixed-signal electronics for medical devices, own electrical specifications and verification, perform circuit analysis and simulation, debug system-level issues, guide PCB layout, bring up and characterize prototypes, and support design control, regulatory documentation, and manufacturing transfer.

Manage clinical trial operations from startup to closeout including site management, SIV/IMV/closeout visits, TMF maintenance, source data review/verification, safety reporting, site training, data and quality oversight, risk identification/mitigation, and regulatory/GCP compliance. Engage sites, review contracts/budgets/ethics submissions, and drive process improvements to ensure inspection-ready documentation and trial integrity.

Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage HubSpot CRM and automation, coordinate patient testimonial program, maintain marketing assets (Showpad, literature, collateral), assist content and creative production, manage editorial calendar, track analytics, and improve marketing processes across digital, social, web, and sales channels.

Develop and maintain WPF-based enterprise software for medical device systems. Collaborate on requirements and design, implement features, write unit tests, perform integration testing, fix defects, maintain CI, document work, and support peers.

Lead design and integration of MRI-compatible electronic and RF subsystems, mitigate EMI and image artifacts, ensure RF safety and compliance, develop and validate high-power ultrasound signal systems, perform EMC/EMI analysis and in-bore testing, and collaborate with clinical, mechanical, and regulatory teams to achieve MR-conditional device designs.

Design and verify MRI-compatible medical devices by integrating hardware, software, and imaging sequence development. Create and execute system-level test procedures, perform MRI verification testing and reporting, develop MATLAB scripts and simulations, support regulatory/QMS activities, investigate failures, and travel (20–50%) to MRI sites for testing.

Design, integrate, and test robotic and electromechanical systems for a medical device: develop mechanisms, select and integrate motors/sensors/encoders, create CAD and BOMs, build and test prototypes, debug hardware/firmware, develop automated and HIL test systems, and work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability and manufacturability.

Manage day-to-day logistics, procurement, inventory, and global trade compliance to ensure materials flow from suppliers through manufacturing to customers. Lead S&OP, supplier performance, ERP supply chain modules, and cost-control initiatives while supporting international shipments and spare-parts logistics for an installed medical device base.

Design and deliver high-quality WPF-based medical device software. Lead architecture, implement complex modules, ensure code quality with unit tests and CI, leverage AI tools with human oversight, execute integration/system testing, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers.
