The role involves serving as a Proficy Technical Leader for North American and Latin American plants, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization of manufacturing services platforms, while driving collaboration and leveraging automation.

Lead strategic retailer partnerships for P&G brands, develop and execute joint business plans, optimize distribution/pricing/shelving, use analytics to drive category growth and promotional decisions, manage trade funds, lead change and develop teams, and meet or exceed financial objectives while traveling as required.

Support preparation, execution and monitoring of media plans. Manage media tool entries, budgets, billing reconciliation, trafficking/tagging, reporting (including DCM), and campaign assets. Coordinate with Ad Ops, investment and creative teams, maintain records (IOs, schedules), assist vendor coordination, presentation assembly, and evaluate media opportunities to ensure campaigns deliver on schedule.
