Lead execution of territory and store availability strategy for GTA Central to improve in-stock, open sales, POS, and display/check-out compliance at Walmart stores. Build relationships with store, department and regional management, prioritize and visit stores, train on in-store tools, report execution via Teams/Engage, and travel to accounts (~30% time).

The role involves serving as a Proficy Technical Leader for North American and Latin American plants, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization of manufacturing services platforms, while driving collaboration and leveraging automation.

Lead strategic retailer partnerships for P&G brands, develop and execute joint business plans, optimize distribution/pricing/shelving, use analytics to drive category growth and promotional decisions, manage trade funds, lead change and develop teams, and meet or exceed financial objectives while traveling as required.
