Manage and improve product flow from order creation to customer delivery. Partner with internal and external teams to drive service, cost, availability, and operational excellence. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, lead root-cause analysis, maintain reporting and dashboards, support forecasting/order management/transportation, and lead process-improvement projects ensuring compliance with policies and customer requirements.

Support preparation, execution and monitoring of media plans. Manage media tool entries, budgets, billing reconciliation, trafficking/tagging, reporting (including DCM), and campaign assets. Coordinate with Ad Ops, investment and creative teams, maintain records (IOs, schedules), assist vendor coordination, presentation assembly, and evaluate media opportunities to ensure campaigns deliver on schedule.

Lead brand influence, PR, influencer and content strategy for skincare brands. Manage agency and cross-functional partners, annual planning, budgets, performance reporting, and optimize content and influencer programs to drive brand affinity and business results.
