Provides first-level IT support, logs and assigns service requests, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, coordinates vendor repairs, monitors equipment health, manages printing operations and supplies, and processes IT vendor invoices. The role is fully on-site and requires lifting computers, printers, peripherals, and paper supplies.

Handle mutual fund client inquiries: research and resolve issues, contact representatives and fund companies, prepare Letters of Indemnity and non-financial instructions, document investigations, calculate preliminary fund losses, support Canada Securities Turbo Team, prepare adjustment/reimbursement documentation, liaise with Legal and Field Management, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Provide specialized, expedited phone support to top Canadian leaders on life insurance operations (policies, commissions, licensing, PFSL). Maintain issue ownership, analyze business statistics, build relationships with top producers, recommend process improvements, and stay current on policy/procedure changes while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
