Conduct end-to-end UX research for Priceline’s website and app, including research planning, participant recruitment, qualitative studies, analytics integration, analysis, and insight presentation. Identify customer needs, guide product opportunities, influence roadmaps, facilitate workshops, and advocate for research throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders and use storytelling and AI workflows to deliver actionable improvements and business impact.

Leads planning, coordination, risk management, quality controls, communication, automation, and post-release analysis for Developer Experience Platform releases. Partners with product, engineering, QA, SRE, DevOps, security, and executive stakeholders to deliver reliable software. Manages mobile application release lifecycles across iOS and Android, including app store submissions, beta testing, feature flags, deep linking, CI/CD, and PI planning. Tracks release health metrics and drives continuous delivery improvements.

Design end-to-end travel booking experiences across responsive web, iOS, and Android. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and accessible UI while addressing complex user flows and edge cases. Conduct usability testing and interviews, collaborate with product and engineering, contribute to the Horizon design system, and measure design impact through KPIs and analytics. The role also requires effective use of AI-assisted workflows, particularly Claude, while maintaining ownership of final design decisions.
