Own the AI-enabled Customer Care analytics architecture and roadmap while personally analyzing data to guide product and operational decisions. Build BigQuery-based AI workflows, reusable metric layers, dashboards, reports, and anomaly detection capabilities. Translate complex data into actionable narratives, improve data trust, support ROI modeling, and facilitate analytical discussions with Product, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and senior leadership.

Design end-to-end travel booking experiences across responsive web, iOS, and Android. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and accessible UI while addressing complex user flows and edge cases. Conduct usability testing and interviews, collaborate with product and engineering, contribute to the Horizon design system, and measure design impact through KPIs and analytics. The role also requires effective use of AI-assisted workflows, particularly Claude, while maintaining ownership of final design decisions.

Define the target-state architecture for Priceline’s end-to-end Flights portfolio, including search, pricing, booking, supplier integrations, and post-booking systems. Design scalable distributed systems, APIs, data and AI/ML capabilities, experimentation platforms, and cloud-native solutions. Establish governance, standards, security, observability, and operational practices while leading build-versus-buy decisions and architectural roadmaps. Partner with executives, Product, Technology, Data, AI/ML, and suppliers, and coach senior engineers and architects.
