Lead and grow a full‑stack engineering team, owning technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business strategy into technical plans, drive high-scale system development and integrations, prioritize and delegate work, enforce software quality, and mentor engineers to improve performance and careers.

Develop cloud-native Java applications, REST APIs, and high-throughput transactional services using Spring Boot and Kafka. Query data with SQL, monitor applications with Splunk and New Relic, and support CI/CD delivery. Collaborate in Agile teams to implement business-focused changes, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to product strategy. The role also involves using GenAI tools and may include microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and AWS.

Leads customer-care implementations from planning through readiness, launch, stabilization, and transition. Owns train-the-trainer strategy, trainer certification, partner-site readiness, launch support, performance measurement, and continuous improvement across Flight, Hotel, and Rental Car services. Evaluates organizational readiness, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and outsourced contact centers, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures successful training deployment and operational handoff. Flight servicing expertise is central to the role.
