Prepare and post monthly journal entries, review sub-ledgers, perform intercompany reconciliations, file HST, prepare monthly and consolidated working papers, support audits and tax filings, assist budgeting, cash flow forecasting, process improvements, and cross-train across property and project accounting teams.

Lead the organization’s People & Culture function by developing and executing HR priorities, scalable programs, people processes, and employee experience initiatives. Partner with leaders and managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, culture, and team development. Evaluate HR technology and AI-enabled tools, improve workflows, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and provide hands-on support while advancing strategic and operational people goals.
