Manage full sales cycle for assigned warm leads, convert prospects through consultative selling, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), run outbound cadences (calls/texts/emails), hit sales targets, collaborate with Marketing/Logistics/Business Development, and continuously improve conversion strategies. Hybrid role based at Toronto HQ.

Lead design and modernization of patient-facing backend services, driving API-first and event-driven architectures on AWS. Improve reliability, observability, security, and scalability of communication pipelines (email, SMS, notifications). Mentor engineers, enforce API contracts, reduce tech debt, and partner with cross-functional teams to build secure systems handling sensitive patient data.

Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams delivering Salesforce-centered services. Own agile delivery, provide technical leadership and code quality oversight, ensure HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance, optimize engineering operations, and align product and technical priorities with stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare software.
