As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple Agile teams, oversee technical design, ensure quality software delivery, and mentor engineers while driving an AI-first culture in development practices.

Responsible for driving revenue from named regional accounts through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration. Build executive-level relationships, develop ROI-based business cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and ensure customer value realization and retention. Process Marketplace quotes, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services cases using Salesforce and established processes. Support continuous improvement and use AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency during a six-month contract.

Design, build, test and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot services. Collaborate with product and teams to define requirements, write clean code, implement RESTful APIs, use TDD, automate tasks, monitor performance, debug, review code, and ensure systems remain up-to-date and production-ready.

Own the data platform product portfolio, prioritize datasets and capabilities, define schemas and governance, partner with engineering and analytics, enable trusted consumable data, run discovery with domain experts, track data health and adoption, and drive cross-team alignment to support downstream products and analytics.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AI platform infrastructure and services. Develop RESTful APIs, implement CI/CD for model deployment, ensure observability and container security, use generative AI tools in development, collaborate across teams, apply TDD and monitoring to deliver reliable, high-performance AI-enabled software.

Design and govern the end-to-end Product-to-Cash Salesforce architecture (quoting through revenue recognition). Coach engineers, produce HLD/LLD, manage roadmaps, build POCs, architect billing platforms, govern integrations, apply AI-first solutions (Agentforce/Claude), and ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Build, deploy, and support AI agents and intelligent workflows on Microsoft Azure and other enterprise AI platforms. Design orchestration, integrate LLMs, implement APIs and RAG/vector DBs, ensure responsible-AI guardrails, collaborate across product and operations, and monitor production AI workflows.

Own reliability, observability, and security for AI/ML platforms (data processing, workspaces, labeling, model serving). Build IaC and automation, define SLOs/error budgets, run incident response and DR exercises, implement security controls, mentor engineers, and optimize cost, capacity, and operational standards across cloud environments.

Review, validate, and enter contract data across the contract lifecycle; ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Legal standards; maintain CLM/CRM records; generate reports and analyze contractual data; identify and escalate discrepancies; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Finance; use approved AI tools and spreadsheets to improve processes and reporting; support documentation and continuous improvement.

Define technical vision and roadmap for the company ML platform. Architect scalable ML pipelines, MLOps practices, security, observability, and integrations. Guide model training, deployment, serving, monitoring, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.

Use real-time and historical healthcare data to prepare, analyze, visualize, and report on metrics and trends. Build and update Tableau dashboards, write complex SQL queries, extract and clean data, provide insights and recommendations, respond to ad hoc requests, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide Tier 1 technical support and initial triage for staff; route incidents to appropriate teams; deploy and configure laptops, mobile devices, and A/V setups; support the onsite IT Bar; document workarounds; manage tickets (ServiceNow); participate in onboarding, on-call rotations, and occasional after-hours support.

Lead a ~50-engineer organization responsible for Transitions of Care. Define engineering strategy and roadmaps with Product, drive technical architecture across cloud platforms, scale AI-enabled products, mentor managers, lead hiring and succession planning, and ensure delivery of large-scale, secure, and reliable cloud solutions while fostering Agile/Kanban practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and taxonomy design, aligning business domains and technology. Drive technical strategy, standards, integrations, data migration, CPQ/Product-to-Cash implementations, architecture reviews, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce B2B SaaS solutions.

Support execution of cross-functional FP&A focused on topline, revenue, and GTM costs. Build advanced financial models and BI reports, perform scenario and ad-hoc analysis, partner with GTM leaders and systems teams to automate reporting, and support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.

Own go-to-market execution and adoption for assigned products: define positioning, lead GTM readiness, run beta/validation programs, enable sales and customer teams, monitor adoption and revenue metrics, support strategic deals, and inform roadmap with customer and competitive intelligence.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based AI Agents (Agentforce) and intelligent automations. Develop integrations, write and test Apex/JavaScript/Python code, create automated tests, troubleshoot issues, produce technical documentation, support DevOps processes, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and business teams to prototype and deliver AI-driven solutions.

Lead strategy and execution to operationalize AI models across the product portfolio. Define multi-year AI platform and product roadmaps, ensure Responsible AI and regulatory alignment, drive adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, and evangelize outcomes to executives and customers.
