Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Conductor for healthcare clients: write full-stack code, build integrations (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RIS/PACS, EMR webhooks), extend agentic workflows, run demos/prototypes, diagnose go-live issues, and contribute product feedback, integration libraries, and deployment runbooks.

Own architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations for provider-facing full‑stack systems. Build and maintain scalable integrations between provider systems and PocketHealth, automate provider workflows, improve patient flow, and deliver production‑grade UIs and services with observability, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate across teams and use AI-assisted development to ship high‑quality solutions.

Build and operate foundational cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across Azure and AWS. Own observability, CI/CD, internal tooling, and platform reliability. Drive cost optimization, security and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA/PHIPA), and improve developer experience with automation and shared libraries.
