Build and operate foundational cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across Azure and AWS. Own observability, CI/CD, internal tooling, and platform reliability. Drive cost optimization, security and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA/PHIPA), and improve developer experience with automation and shared libraries.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of imaging solutions across hospitals. Design and troubleshoot integrations (DICOM, HL7, PACS/RIS), work with VPNs and APIs, mentor junior engineers, drive product/engineering improvements, create documentation and automation, and act as escalation for complex support issues.

Build and maintain data models, transformation workflows, and pipelines for analytics and product use cases. Work with Python and SQL, contribute to a Databricks analytics platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to machine learning workflows from data preparation to model training.

Contribute to end-to-end deployments of Conductor: build and integrate full-stack services (backend in Python/TypeScript), implement agentic workflows and adapters for healthcare systems (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RIS/PACS), diagnose production issues using logs and telemetry, and create integration libraries, runbooks, and product feedback from client deployments.

Provide senior-level production support and escalation handling for PocketHealth integrations. Troubleshoot PACS, Windows, networking, and database issues, validate data, document processes, and partner with engineering and implementation teams to resolve high-impact incidents meeting SLAs.

Own architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations for provider-facing full‑stack systems. Build and maintain scalable integrations between provider systems and PocketHealth, automate provider workflows, improve patient flow, and deliver production‑grade UIs and services with observability, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate across teams and use AI-assisted development to ship high‑quality solutions.

Lead post-sales onboarding and relationship management for hospitals and clinics, grow a book of business through upsell/cross-sell, drive adoption via training and site visits, meet quarterly revenue KPIs, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to improve patient imaging workflows.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Conductor for healthcare clients: build integrations, write full-stack code (backend services, APIs, data pipelines), extend workflow orchestration, run demos/prototypes to accelerate sales, diagnose post-go-live issues, and feed product improvements and shared deployment tooling.
