Build and operate foundational cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across Azure and AWS. Own observability, CI/CD, internal tooling, and platform reliability. Contribute to end-to-end deployments of Conductor: build and integrate full-stack services (backend in Python/TypeScript), implement agentic workflows and adapters for healthcare systems (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RIS/PACS), diagnose production issues using logs and telemetry, and create integration libraries, runbooks, and product feedback from client deployments.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of imaging solutions across hospitals. Design and troubleshoot integrations (DICOM, HL7, PACS/RIS), work with VPNs and APIs, mentor junior engineers, drive product/engineering improvements, create documentation and automation, and act as escalation for complex support issues.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Conductor for healthcare clients: build integrations and agentic workflows, write backend and frontend code, run demos and prototypes to accelerate sales, diagnose and resolve production issues, document runbooks, and translate deployment learnings into product improvements. Serve as primary technical contact through kickoff, go-live, and post-launch support.

Own architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of provider integrations and full-stack features. Build scalable, reliable integrations between provider systems and PocketHealth, improve provider workflows, automate processes, and maintain production services with strong user empathy and quality focus.
