Owns communications with a strategic enterprise partner, translating requests and post-incident follow-ups into technical initiatives for SRE, Security, and Product teams. Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and commitments; maintains Jira or Linear issue tracking; facilitates stakeholder meetings; protects engineering focus time; and improves pragmatic project-management workflows. The role requires technical literacy in cloud infrastructure, web hosting, Linux, and containers, plus strong stakeholder communication and execution skills.

Lead and scale the go-to-market for Upsun Dispatch by owning the full sales cycle, selling to engineering teams, validating market fit, coaching a small sales team, collaborating with Product/Engineering/Marketing/Customer Success, delivering demos with a Solutions Architect, managing forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce, and traveling regionally (~25-30%).

Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline and reduce churn through proactive outreach, health scoring, retention workflows, and negotiation. Build scalable lifecycle and automation processes in Salesforce, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and GTM teams to execute save strategies and improve retention.
