As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll lead the full sales cycle, actively prospect new opportunities, and build relationships with clients, while collaborating with various teams to promote client loyalty and optimize renewals.

Serve as liaison between Customer Support and Engineering to prevent, detect, and resolve production incidents. Improve monitoring, incident processes, and cross-team practices to protect platform reliability and customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered planning solutions on Pigment. Translate business problems into scalable models and custom AI agents, integrate data via APIs and pipelines, prototype agentic workflows, train users, drive adoption, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to scale repeatable deployment patterns.
