Drive partner acquisition and assets-under-management growth across Asian markets in Canada. Build relationships with financial advisors, investment professionals, and distribution partners; identify business opportunities; present investment products; provide advisor education and support; represent the company at industry events; maintain CRM records; and achieve sales and business development targets. The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, financial services expertise, and experience with investment sales or wealth management.

Leads inside sales support for two Sales Vice Presidents, conducting outbound prospecting, managing Financial Advisor relationships, tracking activities in a CRM, supporting sales campaigns, and following up on business development events. Provides investment product and market insights, coordinates trade-documentation inquiries, helps execute strategic sales plans, and supports growth across advisor networks. The role is fully on-site in Toronto and requires periodic travel across Canada.
