Provides administrative and accounting support, including accounts payable and receivable activities, invoice processing, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, data entry, account setup, statement reconciliation, recordkeeping, and responding to vendor inquiries. The role supports Property Accountants and maintains organized financial records while assisting with special projects and other department administration.

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities, analyze workflows, build and pilot practical AI solutions, and maintain an AI roadmap. Track adoption, productivity gains, ROI, and business impact while advising teams on AI use. Develop training materials and executive presentations, gather feedback, and support responsible AI governance, privacy, and risk management. The role requires hands-on software engineering and agentic AI experience using Python or TypeScript and relevant orchestration frameworks.
