Lead sales enablement for the Retail Sales organization by translating commercial priorities into initiatives, campaigns, tools, processes, training, and sales disciplines. Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to improve KPI adoption, Salesforce usage, workflows, productivity, onboarding, and execution. Manage enterprise-level initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, identify performance barriers, and convert field insights into measurable improvements across a distributed sales organization.

Leads integrated advisor engagement and events programs, including annual planning, event strategy, budgets, vendor management, compliance approvals, logistics, onsite delivery, and post-event measurement. Coordinates cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Product, and Finance while developing scalable event packages and resources. The role manages multiple event formats simultaneously, supports relationship development and territory priorities, and ensures professional, compliant, on-time, and on-budget execution.

Supports investment counsellors with client onboarding, account setup, documentation, asset transfers, client meeting materials, portfolio reports, reconciliations, compliance records, and workflow improvements. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to wealth management and portfolio administration while using advanced Excel and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and record accuracy.
