Build CE-accredited programs, multimedia learning experiences, and distribution campaigns; partner with investments, product, sales, compliance, and creative teams; measure engagement and refine content using analytics and AI tools.

Lead development and execution of the firm's tax-aware investing strategy across portfolios, product design, and advisor education. Partner with investment, distribution, product, marketing, and compliance teams to incorporate tax efficiency into portfolio construction, create advisor-facing tools and thought leadership, and support advisor engagement to drive after-tax outcomes and asset growth.

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze workflows and data flows within the investment management platform, enhance systems, and collaborate closely with various teams to improve overall efficiency and support decision-making.

Support timely, accurate trade execution and settlement across equities, fixed income and derivatives.
