The Senior Business Analyst will analyze workflows and data flows within the investment management platform, enhance systems, and collaborate closely with various teams to improve overall efficiency and support decision-making.

Support investment counsellors with client onboarding, account setup, meeting materials, portfolio reports, and reconciliations. Maintain compliance-ready records, assist daily portfolio administration, and help automate workflows and Excel processes to improve team efficiency.

Support timely, accurate trade execution and settlement across equities, fixed income and derivatives. Reconcile assets, maintain security data, validate and match trades (CTM/clearing), resolve failed trades and settlement breaks, coordinate settlement instructions with custodians/prime brokers, and support proxy voting, class actions and continuous improvement projects.

Support Quantitative Research team by assisting analysts and portfolio managers with development of portfolio management models, research projects, report generation and automation, and ad hoc data requests. Work with large, disparate datasets and apply programming and NLP/LLM techniques to identify quantitative opportunities and monitor quantitative portfolios.

Support institutional and national account relationships by producing quarterly client presentations, managing response databases and proposals, executing manager research and due diligence, maintaining internal fund documentation, improving reporting processes, and building internal infrastructure to enhance targeted client service and operational efficiency.

Lead product strategy and execution for investment products: create sales and client materials, manage launches and recurring reports, validate data, perform competitive research, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, mentor juniors, and identify product and process improvements to drive asset growth and retention.

Support Investment Counsellors with client onboarding, documentation, meeting preparation, reporting, and client inquiries. Perform portfolio administration including reconciliations, trade execution, rebalancing, corporate actions, and security master maintenance. Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence, maintain auditable records, and collaborate to resolve issues while identifying process improvements to optimize workflows and service delivery.

Support the sales organization with administrative and sales-enablement tasks: calendar coordination, expense tracking, CRM updates, pitch materials preparation, meeting logistics, event support, and cross-team project work. Learn sales operations and business development through shadowing and project-based assignments while maintaining organized, proactive communication to keep initiatives on track.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation; coordinate resources and vendors; gather requirements; prepare stakeholder communications and status reports; track issues and dependencies; participate in retrospectives and process improvement activities to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and business objectives.

The Associate, Inside Sales will support sales growth by working with Vice President, Retail Sales, engaging clients, and executing sales strategies to drive new business.

The Manager, Financial Reporting will oversee financial accounting, tax, and regulatory reporting for investment funds while collaborating with various internal and external parties.

Develop and maintain Next.js front-end features and components integrated with a headless CMS. Implement responsive, accessible, SEO- and performance-focused UIs, bilingual support, analytics tracking, and platform deployments on Azure. Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering on content models, tooling, testing, and documentation to improve authoring and delivery workflows.
