Leads integrated operational strategies for clinical supply programs, coordinating packaging, labeling, distribution, logistics, forecasting, cost estimation, risk mitigation, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional execution. Partners with Supply Chain Leads, Clinical Research Pharmacists, contract organizations, quality teams, and Pfizer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of patient-focused clinical supplies, inspection readiness, continuous improvement, and effective study support.

Leads global R&D environmental, health, and safety programs with primary authority in industrial hygiene. Oversees exposure assessments, hazard controls, laboratory safety, containment verification, risk registers, investigations, metrics, governance, and enterprise partnerships. Leads a global EH&S community of practice, influences senior stakeholders across sites, supports vendor programs and M&A due diligence, and develops organizational capability. The role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel and includes periodic laboratory and manufacturing-site access.

Leads strategic partnerships, negotiations, governance, and national agreements with Canadian retail pharmacy chains, banners, buying groups, and distributors. Translates agreements into execution models, analyzes account performance and channel insights, and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Medical, Market Access, Operations, and Customer Solutions. Requires strong knowledge of pharmacy ecosystems, payer environments, healthcare systems, contracting, and partnership strategy, with frequent travel across Ontario and Western Canada.
