Lead the Finance Transformation Office to prioritize and deliver Finance and enterprise transformation initiatives. Provide portfolio governance, drive AI/automation and data enablement, coordinate HQ/global program readiness (LEAP, MDM), sponsor data governance and analytics, manage stakeholder alignment and change adoption, and build team capability to realize measurable business value and operating model improvements.

Support Indirect Procurement by managing POS sourcing, vendor relationships, purchase orders, budget tracking, and execution of omni-channel trade marketing programs and tastings. Coordinate shipments, inventory, reporting, and provide status updates to senior procurement stakeholders.

Lead preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly P&L, manage budgeting and forecasting (with focus on Structure Costs and Export business), partner with Sales & Marketing, support statutory and investor reporting, improve cost-tracking processes, assist recharge agreement renegotiations, and mentor team members to deliver accurate financial insights and forecasts.
