Sell Mitsubishi vehicles while providing exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. Responsibilities include learning vehicle products and financing programs, answering sales inquiries, preparing quotes, following up with customers and distributors, coordinating deliveries, maintaining documentation, completing required training, and complying with OMVIC and company policies. The role is commission-based and requires flexible scheduling, including occasional Saturdays.

Communicates with automotive customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, web leads, and marketing campaigns. Schedules, logs, and confirms appointments; updates CRM records; follows dealership scripts and procedures; studies vehicle inventory and dealership processes; completes certifications; supports customer inquiries and BDC campaigns; communicates customer issues to management; and provides backup greeter support.

Sells Ford vehicles by providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features and incentive programs, preparing competitive quotes, and coordinating deliveries. Maintains customer follow-up, documentation, product knowledge, and compliance with OMVIC and company standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, computer, and customer-service skills, along with flexibility to work varying schedules and occasional Saturdays.
