Drive new personal-lines insurance sales through prospecting, cold calling, door-knocking and networking. Qualify leads, prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close policies, and manage client relationships using CRM and sales automation tools. Work with internal account management for renewals and build a recurring book of business.

Produce polished client materials (presentations, benchmarking reports, RFPs, communications), coordinate client campaigns and events, collaborate with internal teams and insurers, design on-brand client communications, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and maintain client/prospect records in CRM systems to support Large Client Strategy objectives.

Manage a commercial book of business: support producers and carriers, run renewals, prepare submissions, handle endorsements/certificates and client inquiries, mentor producers, and build carrier relationships to retain and grow accounts.
