Administers a multi-employer defined benefit pension plan with a defined contribution component. Responsibilities include calculating benefits for retirements, terminations, deaths, and marriage breakdowns; responding to member and client inquiries; ensuring compliance with plan provisions and legislation; maintaining administration records; generating reports; and supporting pension statements and tax receipts.

Provide client service and back-office support for investment accounts: process contributions/redemptions, update client and KYC information, prepare and support tax documents, communicate with fund-company back offices, manage client and prospect files, and assist advisors with new account setups and asset transfers.

Owns financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting, commission calculations, and performance management for an assigned portfolio. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to explain results, provide recommendations, strengthen controls, and improve reporting processes. Builds financial models, monitors risks and opportunities, supports decision-making, and communicates insights to management.
