Builds executive relationships, oversees complex client escalations, improves client-facing tools and analytics, establishes service standards and KPIs, and develops a high-performing client success organization. Partners with Operations, Technology, Product, and Commercial leaders to advance strategic priorities and deliver measurable client and business outcomes.

Lead requirements elicitation and management for business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment. Analyze processes, systems, and data; define APIs, integrations, and mapping; coordinate QA, vendors, and compliance (e.g., privacy frameworks) to drive solution design and implementation.
