Provides group benefits consulting and new-business sales support by marketing opportunities to insurance carriers, analyzing proposals and pricing, coordinating underwriting, negotiating rates, preparing client-ready presentations, modeling costs, and supporting producers. The role requires group benefits industry knowledge, strong Excel skills, analytical accuracy, organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing deadlines and confidential information.

Generate new commercial insurance business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation across the GTA. Build prospect relationships, qualify insurance needs, book appointments for producers, maintain CRM pipeline data, meet call and appointment targets, and pursue continuing education toward a RIBO licence. The role offers hybrid work, sales training, and a path to becoming a licensed insurance producer.
